-Deposits are due within 24 hours of your booking. If not paid after 24 hours your appointment will be canceled. -I reserve the right to charge a 100% fee of the service for any ‘No Call, No Shows’ (No Exceptions). Cancelations 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a 50% fee of the service cost. These fees are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Please reschedule accordingly. If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will then be canceled along with the 50% penalty charge. -If at any reason the card on file declines, it will then result to the client being placed in our ban list. Unable to book future appointments until fees are paid off. -Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. If brought without notice your appointment will be canceled and result in the loss of your deposit. You will have to rebook and pay a new deposit fee. (No exceptions)
